For almost a year, COVID-19 pandemic has brought a great impact to everyday life, especially in education. Not only restraining students from their learning activities in class, COVID-19 somehow also stops other activities like Student Council. Every year, Student Council conducts a change in their structure, followed by the Leadership Training (Latihan Dasar Kepemimpinan) that is held to train students’ leadership and communication skills. Unlike the preceding years where the training was held interactively, Dian Harapan Makassar arranged an online Leadership Training through Microsoft Teams with the theme: Leading Through Screen. As Dian Harapan Makassar throve to be contextual to today’s global situation, Student Council members were equipped to be qualified leaders although most roles would be done through screen.
